The quality of our leader network is at all times the life blood of our work, in order to be able to offer our clients the best solutions. To ensure this, we have developed the Nextt model, which all candidates pass through before being presented to the client and admitted to our network of leaders.

In our efforts to establish the qualifications of candidates, we place an especially large emphasis on the human and personal qualities, in combination with professional competences, since most assignments and challenges our managers confront have a large component of organizational change processes.
