Having supplementary competencies in management advisement, strategy, board of executives work, strategic sale/KAM, CRM, business development, turnarounds, outsourcing, internet and project leadership, and having himself acted as Interim Manager.
Has, for several years, had responsibility for and building up of Interim Management with Pluss Leadership.
Has been employed in prior career positions with IBM, SONOFON, Jyllands- Posten, and MediaConsult.
Boardmember/chairman in a series of businesses and associated to Danske Civiløkonomer as a leadership mentor.

My key competences are turn around management, sales/marketing management as well as large project management. Additional competences within administration/general management, business economics and technology. Broad international experience with yearlong relocation to both Germany and USA.

CFO for Copenhagen Pectin and managing director for the CP Kelco Group. Latest worked as an independent management consultant within mergers & acquisitions, turn-around tasks, and as an independent Board of Director member of companies in Denmark and abroad. Has past experience from the construction industry (Colas) and consumer electronics (Jamo). Previous member of the Board of Director networks ASNET and BestyrelsesGruppen.
