The agreements we enter into are individually designed and dependent upon the assignment’s placement, complexity and the desired competence
Below is an example of how the fixing of the price of an interim candidate might appear. As a rule, our price is based upon the expenses a corresponding career-position would require:
The net salary for a career position = 75,000 DKK/month, plus a supplementary allowance of ca. 30% for:
- Pension
- Paid-vacation
- Insurance (Social Security and health insurance)
- Employer-paid perquisites, including car, IT, telephone, subscriptions, etc.
- Administration
- (salary-based contributions in the case of non-profit organizations)
The actual gross salary for a business = 97,500 DKK per month.
In addition to this, Nextt Management charges a competitive honorarium plus a onetime start-up honorarium of 15,000 DKK.
Expense allowances in connection with the completion of the assignment in the business are settled directly with the candidate.
The agreement with the candidate
The Interim Manager is employed under contract by Nextt Management while the assignment is carried out for the client. All of the normal obligations vis-à-vis the salary earner rest therefore with Nextt Management.
