Our Managers

The Managers introduced by Nextt Management shall, as a minimum, have a competence level corresponding to the best in the team into which they will enter.

Interim Managers associated with Nextt Management possess experiences from diverse contexts and have all had success with leadership responsibility in dynamic organizations, where evolutionary processes have been a natural component of their work.

Nextt Management has access both to leaders with a broad competence from diverse branches and organizations, and more specialized leaders; common to all of them is that they have achieved visible and value-enhancing results.

All our managers have made an active choice to pursue a career as Interim Managers. This ensures that our managers have the optimal approach to finishing the assignment. If this was not the case, it would not be possible to be associated with Nextt Management and to be offered Interim assignments.
